Customs clearance

We have spent years developing relationships with customs agents around the world to ensure that their shipments comply with all regulations established by the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). We put our contacts to work to facilitate the customs clearance process. This includes, but is not limited to, tariff classification, cargo assessment, ISF, HTS classification, commercial compliance assessments and, on rare occasions, voluntary disclosure and audit assistance.

 

Titles

Cargo imported into the US and valued at more than $ 2,500 requires a customs bond, as US customs usually release cargo to importers before the customs clearance process is completed. The securities in effect act as an insurance policy if the importer fails to comply with any rights or fines required by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
